Position Overview

Super Color Digital is seeking an experienced Manager of Project Management to lead the day-to-day operations, performance, and strategic direction of our Project Management department.

This position oversees all levels of Project Managers and ensures projects are properly planned, scheduled, coordinated, and completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader with extensive project management experience in a fast-paced manufacturing, large-format printing, signage, fabrication, or production environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage all levels of Project Managers.
  • Establish departmental goals, responsibilities, performance expectations, and accountability standards.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and career development planning.
  • Oversee project assignments and workloads to ensure efficient use of departmental resources.
  • Develop and improve project management procedures, workflows, and best practices.
  • Monitor departmental performance, including overtime, rejected estimates, internal rework, capacity utilization, and project-related issues.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Estimating, Production, and Field Services to support successful project execution.
  • Ensure projects remain aligned with scheduling, production, installation, profitability, quality, and customer expectations.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex projects and customer concerns.
  • Maintain visibility over high-profile, high-revenue, and strategically important projects.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, staffing, retention, and employee development initiatives.
  • Represent the Project Management department in leadership meetings and cross-functional discussions.

Qualifications
  • Five or more years of leadership or management experience required.
  • Five or more years of project management experience required; 10 or more years is highly valued.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
  • PMP certification preferred.

  • Strong financial awareness related to project profitability and operational efficiency.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Availability after hours or on weekends when needed to support critical projects.

Pay Range

$90,000.00 Annually to $100,000.00 Annually
