Job Description:Responsible for developing and facilitating key strategies to address individual and organizational needs for Employee Health, Workers Compensation, and Clinical and Corporate Wellness. Manages all aspects of the department, including new hire screening, employee vaccinations, exposures, workers compensation investigations and follow-up, return to work, and departmental paperwork. Ensures compliance with all federal, state, local laws, and infection control standards. Leads efforts for continuous improvement of employee health compliance and wellness initiatives. Manages department budget for supplies, labor, and clinical oversight.
- Tracks and monitors budget for employee health activities including ordering of supplies and related expenses.
- Develops and implements educational training for employee health team and team members Other duties as assigned.
- Provides direct supervision to employee health team in either onboarding centers or facility employee health clinics.
- Provides education and training to employee/occupational health staff on latest methodology and best practice standards and provides clinical expertise in the field of employee/occupation health.
- Establish and implement appropriate staffing and hours of operation to suit both the needs of the department and to customers to ensure the delivery of safe and effective care
- Tracks data and metrics related to occupational health and creates and provides reports required by internal and external reporting committees.
- Assists with marketing Corporate Wellness programs and screening as requested. Reviews, evaluates, and maintains documentation system and Electronic
- Medical Record for designated programs.
- Collaborates and services on various committees across multiple departments including infection prevention, nursing leadership, human resources, corporate division and others.
- Collaborates with Medical Director and reviews medical directives. Supervises staff of registered nurses and other employee health team in delivering healthcare consistent with standards of practice and organization policy.
- Manages activities of occupational health programs including new hire onboarding, vaccine administration and management, blood and body fluid exposure, respirator fit programs, and facility-based employee health clinics
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Ability to manage multiple priorities and effectively provide leadership and direction in a high volume fast paced environment. [Required]

- Demonstrate knowledge of Employee Health practices, Occupational Health Issues and Worker's Compensation. [Required]
- Demonstrate knowledge of Employee & Corporate Wellness practices and programs. [Required]
- Ability to maintain in strict confidence all personal information, and must possess and model the highest level of personal integrity. [Required]
- Demonstrated experience with proactive influence and change management. [Required]
- Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills. [Required]
- Cerner, Systoc, or other EMR and Scheduling Systems knowledge required. [Required]
- Knowledge of Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) waived lab requirements [Preferred]
Education: - Associate's of Nursing [Required]
- Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]
- Master's in a related field [Preferred]
Work Experience: - 3+ years management experience and oversight of employee or occupational health services [Required]
- 5+ years experience in employee health, occupational health, workers compensation or industrial health. [Preferred]
- 5+ years experience managing workers compensation and / or occupational health area. [Preferred]
Additional Information: - Certification of Professional Achievement in Data Sciences Preferred
- Certified Business Intelligence Professional Preferred
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Preferred
- ASQ Certified Quality Improvement Associate (ASQ CQIA) Preferred

Pay Range:$86,382.40 - $160,680.00
