GENERAL SUMMARY The Manager of Clinical Operations reports to the Director of Clinical Operations. The Manager of Clinical Operations collects data and provides analyses for a broad array of issues across the clinical operations, oversees company-wide special projects and provides appropriate information and reports to assist with fact-based business decisions. This position is full time M-F 8am to 4pm.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Manages the Medical Administrative Coordinators ensuring referrals are compliant with CMS guidelines
- Collects and studies data to reveal ways to enhance operational and clinical efficiencies and provides necessary reports as needed
- Manages clinical quality improvement projects to achieve financial savings and improved services
- Contributes to company-wide clinical initiatives and special projects
- Develops and manages the RPM program and staff
- Assists with the development of clinical policies, procedures and applicable workflows
- Organizes and conducts annual trainings/education for direct care employees
- Recruits, develops and motivates staff. Initiates and communicates a variety of personnel actions including employment, termination, performance reviews, salary reviews and disciplinary actions
- Ability to pass a fit test. Position requires mask where seal is critical. Incumbent is required to not have facial hair that interferes with a tight seal of the respirator.
- Frequent local travel.
- Performs other duties as required
Job Specification:
- Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 15 years of healthcare/ clinical experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of progressive responsibility directly related work experience
- Ability to demonstrate initiative, good judgment and effective decision-making; exhibit strong process improvement orientation
- Advanced computer skills (Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- Ability to interpret data and effectively present sophisticated analysis and findings
- Proven experience with managing projects independently
- 3-5 years' experience managing a team
- COVID vaccinated preferred
