Manager, National Account Coordinators at our rental facility in
Dallas, TX, and we9re looking for someone who9s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and offers overtime pay after working 40 hours. (This role is subject to on-call scheduling with additional compensation provided)
Primary Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and manage the daily performance of the National Account Coordinator team.
- Develop, implement, and refine processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the coordinator team.
- Set performance goals, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide ongoing coaching and development.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex customer issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Oversee the end-to-end coordination of rental orders, including logistics, billing, and off-rents for national customers.
- Collaborate with National Account Managers to ensure a cohesive and supportive approach to managing customer relationships.
- Train coordinators on company software, best practices, and national account procedures.
- Monitor and analyze team KPIs, such as response time, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction, to drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present reports on team productivity and national account support activities to leadership.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry and maintenance of customer information in the CRM system.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new national account customers.
- Foster a customer-centric, collaborative, and positive team environment.
- Manage team scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and support for all national accounts.
