  • Order Lifecycle Management: Overseeing the purchasing process from purchase order creation to final delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    • Own the end-to-end FF&E and SBO purchasing lifecycle from scope validation through delivery and financial closeout, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time execution.
    • Establish standardized procurement workflows, controls, and dashboards that provide real-time visibility into order status, financial exposure, and delivery risk.
    • Partner with Construction to align production schedules with project milestones, mitigating delays and ensuring constructible, estimate-aligned packages


  • Vendor Coordination: Managing relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to track shipments and resolve issues.
    • Lead North America supplier strategy for FF&E, SBO, and logistics partners, ensuring performance, capacity alignment, and cost competitive across regions.
    • Implement formal supplier performance scorecards and quarterly business reviews.
    • Proactively manage production timelines, freight coordination, tariff exposure, and issue resolution to protect cost and schedule.


  • Project Scheduling & Budgeting (FF&E & SBO): Adhering to project schedules, maintaining budgets for FFE & SBOs, and ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
    • Manage approved CAPEX for FF&E and SBO, maintaining accurate forecasts, cost-per-square-foot, and budget-to-actual reporting
    • Develop and maintain project dashboards tracking capital performance, vendor spend concentration, SLA adherence, and variance trends.
    • Partner with Construction, Design, and Finance to analyze variances and assess the financial impact of architectural changes.
  • Inventory & Asset Management: Tracking inventory levels of store components (fixtures, materials) to support construction and merchandising teams.
    • Lead inventory strategy for FF&E and SBO, aligning forecasting and replenishment models to seasonal programs and new store pipeline.
    • Implement systems providing real-time visibility into production status, inventory levels, and asset deployment.
    • Reduce excess inventory, write-offs, and storage costs while improving standardization and repeatability across brands.

Base Pay Range
$90,000.00-$100,000.00
