As a Manager, Momentum Developer, you will be responsible for:
- Designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining Momentum technical components, including extensions, workflows, interfaces, batch jobs, utilities, and reports
- Building and supporting integrations between Momentum and external systems, and developing database objects, queries, and data structures that support application performance and data integrity
- Partnering with functional analysts, architects, testers, and other project stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions across design, development, testing, and deployment
- Supporting data conversions, migrations, reconciliations, code promotions, release activities, and post-production defect resolution across development, test, and production environments
- Creating and maintaining technical design documents, configuration documentation, installation scripts, deployment packages, and other delivery artifacts
- Performing unit, integration, and system testing, supporting user acceptance testing, and resolving technical defects, performance issues, and system errors

Qualifications Required
: - Bachelor's degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active Top Secret security clearance with eligibility for upgrade to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access with polygraph
- 5+ years of consulting or industry experience supporting enterprise financial systems, enterprise resource planning platforms, or federal system implementations
- 2+ years of Momentum technical development experience, including custom development, integrations, workflows, batch jobs, or reporting
- 2+ years experience working through the SDLC with development in one or more of the following areas: WebMethods, Java, C++, Jenkins or BIRT
- Ability to work on-site in Rosslyn, Virginia up to 5 days per week
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $151,500 to $252,500.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
