OverviewMars United Commerce is seeking a Manager, Media Activation. Programmatic and Meta experience is required.
Candidates must reside in a commutable distance from Mars United Commerce's Chicago or Detroit office.ROLE DESCRIPTION:- Develop and flawlessly execute BIC retailer-led digital media campaigns
- Hands-to-keyboard set-up, management and optimization of programmatic and social campaigns
- Develop RFPs and work closely with vendors for proposals
- Develop and collaborate on targeting, negotiate rates and refine overall executional plan based on client objective, media strategy and vendor capabilities
- Create and share presentations highlighting the campaign set-up and final plan with internal teams and clients
- Have clear understanding of campaign set-up, performance and reporting structure and clearly set and communicate performance expectations with internal and external teams
- Ongoing campaign monitoring and management, including hands-to-keyboard optimizations (self-serve Programmatic and social campaigns) and optimization suggestions with vendors (managed service campaigns)
- Report back on campaign performance. Collaborate with vendor and team to provide campaign data, insights and strategic recommendations based on client objectives, media strategy and results
SKILLS NEEDED:
- Attention to detail
- Programmatic experience is required, including hands-to-keyboard set-up, optimizing and reporting
- Meta experience is required
- Ability to organize & prioritize workload to manage timelines and deliverables for self, vendor and team Industry & media knowledge
- Strategic thinking in development of targeting, tactic, creative, etc.
- Strong verbal, written, presentation and intrapersonal skills
- Collaborative with willingness to listen and learn
- Sound decision making skills based on industry, agency and client knowledge
- Confident negotiator
- Paid social (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest) experience, including hands-to-keyboard set-up, optimizing and reporting

Compensation Range: USD $75,050.00 - USD $107,835.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
