POSITION SUMMARY:Join Nestlé USA's Center for Demand Generation (CDG) as a
Marketing Manager, Strategy & Operations. In this highly visible role, you will help shape and drive key enterprise marketing priorities, including marketing transformation, Trust & Transparency initiatives, and functional operations. Working across marketing, corporate affairs, and other cross-functional teams, you will translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, aligned execution, and scalable tools and processes that strengthen marketing effectiveness and help drive growth across Nestlé's Food & Beverage portfolio.
This role is ideal for a marketer, strategist, or business operations leader who enjoys driving organizational effectiveness, leading cross-functional initiatives, and translating complex business priorities into action across a large, matrixed organization.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESStrategic One Marketing and CDG Operations- Lead core One Marketing and Center for Demand Generation routines, helping establish priorities, enable decision-making, and maintain the operating rhythm required to drive execution.
- Drive alignment on key initiatives by shaping agendas and content, engaging the right stakeholders, and ensuring decisions and actions move forward effectively.
- Continuously evolve team routines and engagement approaches based on business priorities, organizational learnings, and seasonal needs to improve effectiveness, focus, and collaboration.
- Support brand and business planning processes by translating strategic priorities into actionable plans, cross-functional alignment, and clear next steps.
Trust & Transparency- Lead implementation of Nestlé USA's Trust & Transparency strategy by partnering with technical and content experts to shape priorities, tailor workstreams, and enable execution through playbooks, tools, and coaching.
- Serve as a strategic and operational partner across key forums, translating priorities into coordinated action across the broader Trust & Transparency organization.
- Amplify progress, milestones, and key advancements in ways that build understanding, credibility, and trust among internal and external stakeholders.
Marketing Transformation and Capability Development- Help shape the future of the marketing function by identifying capability needs and partnering with Learning & Development to deliver tools, training, and enablement solutions that drive adoption at scale.
- Translate strategic priorities into practical tools, resources, and content that accelerate adoption, reinforce best practices, and strengthen marketing excellence across the organization.
REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced business training preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, commercial strategy, business operations, management consulting, or related fields, with a demonstrated ability to translate strategic priorities into cross-functional plans and execution.
- Experience in CPG or other complex, matrixed organizations strongly preferred, particularly in roles requiring cross-functional influence, structured planning, and operational excellence.
EXPERIENCE / SKILLS- Proven ability to influence across levels and functions, building alignment and momentum in complex, matrixed environments without direct authority.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect business insights and organizational priorities to practical solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, adapt to change, and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
- High degree of ownership and self-direction, with the ability to operate independently and move work forward with sound judgment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to tailor messages, facilitate alignment, and build credibility with senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
- Strong prioritization and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, bring structure to complex work, and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes.
Salary: $127,000.00 to $170,000.00 per year

The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
