The Manager, Media role is responsible for creating, developing, managing, and executing communications initiatives and projects across paid media, influencer amplification, retail media and paid social media. This role requires a deep understanding of cross functional communication to effectively engage our target audience, enhance brand reputation, and drive consumer awareness and engagement. The Manager, Media is deeply collaborative, has an entrepreneurial spirit, executes with excellence and actively participates in growing team culture
Accountabilities:- Partner with media agency to develop and implement comprehensive media initiatives designed in partnership with Marketing brand teams
- Conduct market research and audience analysis to identify target demographics and media consumption habits.
- Adhere to media budgets, channels, and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align media strategies with overall marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align media metrics with overall business goals and objectives.

Qualifications, Education, & Experience:- Bachelor's Degree, 6 years of relevant Communications experience, preferably within Alc/Bev or CPG.
- Experience working in a fast-moving, explosive-growth global brand.
Skills Needed To Be Successful:- Strong leadership skills and ability to take full ownership of program workstreams from start to finish
- Collaborative team player who works effectively across various business stakeholders
Compensation:Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a positions' location. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on the job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the individual.
