About the Role: The Manager of Marketing Analytics role will leverage data and analytics to drive the transformation of one of the largest QSR brands in the world. Reporting into the Canadian Analytics team, our goal is to use both data and strategic thinking to uncover insights, guide decision-making, and drive overall performance. This role is suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is naturally curious, and enjoys using data to solve complex business problems
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Partner with marketing team to evaluate campaign performance and deliver actionable insights that explain performance including guest, menu and channel dynamics
- Define and track KPIs and forecasts that measure marketing performance in alignment with business growth targets
- Translate analytics into evidence-based recommendations that inform marketing strategy, support market tests, and strengthen business cases
- Build scalable dashboards and reporting tools that enable self-serve insights and create capacity for deeper strategic analysis
- Elevate the organization's analytics capabilities by mentoring colleagues and embedding data-driven decision-making across Marketing functions
- Collaborate with Global partners to share best practices and learnings
- Ad-hoc decision-support for Head of Marketing, as required
Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Business, Marketing, Statistics required.
- 5-8 years of experience in Analytics or Business Insights roles in Food Service, CPG, Retail, or other consumer-facing industries
- Strong business and data analytics acumen with a proven ability to simplify complex numbers into clear business outcomes
- Advanced ability in SQL and Excel is required; proficiency with BI reporting tools like Tableau
- Power BI, as well as statistical programs like R and Python are considered an asset
- Experience with agentic agents (Claude-preferred)
- Ability to operate in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Strong relationship building and influencing skills
- Experience in QSR or franchised environments considered an asset
