About The Role

The Manager, Marketing and Communications, is a key driver of DKSH's North America marketing and communications agenda. Based in Dallas, you will translate Group and regional strategies into impactful brand, content, and engagement initiatives. This role shapes how DKSH presents itself to external audiences and connects with its people internally across North America, delivering measurable marketing outcomes across multiple channels and stakeholder groups.

What You Will Deliver

  • Lead the development and execution of the Marketing and Communications plan across North America, aligned with Group and local market strategy and leadership priorities
  • Drive external marketing and communications activities including business development pitch support, lead generation campaigns, digital marketing, and website and social media channel management to build brand visibility and generate qualified leads
  • Produce and distribute compelling content across multiple formats including insights articles, success stories, newsletters, and digital campaigns that strengthen DKSH's market presence and stakeholder engagement
  • Manage media relations and corporate communications, including press releases, executive interviews, article pitching, and Integrated Corporate Communications (ICC) handling, to protect and elevate DKSH's reputation
  • Oversee internal communications channels including DKSH InTouch, Viva Engage, and local newsletters, ensuring employees are informed, connected, and engaged
  • Support the planning and execution of internal and external events including townhalls, tradeshows, and local corporate events, delivering on-brand experiences that reinforce DKSH's culture and commercial positioning
  • Manage branding and design standards across North America, providing creative direction, conducting brand audits, and coordinating with Group Branding and Design to ensure consistent brand expression across all touchpoints
  • Lead brand onboarding initiatives, photo and video productions, branded merchandise coordination, and corporate awards submissions to sustain a strong and recognizable DKSH identity
  • Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required


What You Bring

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years of corporate or marketing communications experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment within multinational organizations
  • Excellent command of English with strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
