Full Job Description
The Marketing Communications Manager is the content architect of the organization-shaping how Catalyst Health Group's stories are told, measured, and advanced across internal and external channels. This role translates company strategy, clinical expertise, and community impact into clear, compelling communications that drive engagement with shareholders, providers, employees, communities, and partners while maintaining a consistent voice and brand presence.

This role requires a team member who can execute with both creativity and discipline-managing campaigns, business development support, leadership messaging, events, sponsorships, and content delivery with precision and consistency. The ideal candidate brings strong writing and editing skills, sound business judgment, and the ability to make complex ideas simple, while using modern marketing tools and AI to increase speed, quality, and impact.

You combine strong content creation, editing, and storytelling skills with strong judgment, emotional intelligence, and a clear, audience-centered approach. You bring structure, accountability, and cross-functional partnership to your work, helping Catalyst communicate with clarity, consistency, and purpose.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
  • Deliver storytelling and brand voice across internal and external channels by translating complex clinical, operational, and leadership topics into simple, human, engaging content. Accountability: Serve as the quality bar for tone, clarity, and consistency across executive communications, campaign messaging, customer and growth opportunities and community-facing content.
  • Plan and execute integrated, multi-channel communications across employee communications, leadership updates, provider communications, community messaging, and media-related touchpoints. Accountability: Build and manage editorial calendars, coordinate delivery across web, email, social, events, and in-practice channels, and adjust messaging based on engagement and outcomes.
  • Partner with leadership to shape messages that inform, align, and inspire our team while reinforcing culture, clarity, and direction. Accountability: Draft and manage employee storytelling with strong judgment and emotional intelligence and ensure organizational alignment of messaging across functions and regions.
  • Support events, sponsorships, speakers, and content delivery by translating brand and campaign priorities into live and virtual experiences. Accountability: Evaluate and execute sponsorship opportunities and events by developing messaging and talking points for speakers and presentations, and partner with operations or vendors on logistics while owning story, message, and experience quality.
  • Own project and workflow management for communications initiatives with strong attention to detail and accountability. Accountability: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, establish clear workflows and approvals, and deliver work on time, on brand, and on strategy.
  • Translate other marketing and communications opportunities as business needs evolve.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
  • 5-8+ years of experience in communications, marketing, brand, or a related field
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt content for multiple audiences and channels
  • Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns and content programs
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex initiatives across teams and priorities
  • High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to produce content day one in Canva, PowerPoint, Monday.com, with a continuous-learning mindset and adoption around new marketing and AI tools for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with agility, curiosity, and proactive problem-solving
  • Hybrid role required to work in Catalyst headquarters in Plano two days a week and attend in-person meetings and events across Dallas-Fort Worth as needed

Preferred Experience:
  • Healthcare or technology experience preferred, with preference given to experience with patient, provider, or community-facing roles
  • Experience supporting events, sponsorships, and community activations
  • Demonstrated experience applying AI and modern marketing tools to real-world communications and content workflows
