SUMMARY:
As a Manager, Management Consultant at every turn, you'll seek to further enhance our quality of delivery, client satisfaction, risk management, profitability, and client team effectiveness.

YOU WILL:

  • Use knowledge of Program Management and effective Project Management skills to plan and lead work streams with small teams.
  • Manage complex stakeholder relationships across business, technology, and data teams.
  • Manage own activities and those of team members to deliver desired business outcomes.
  • Focus on quality completion of deliverables.
  • Work directly with clients as a visible and engaged member of the team.
  • Actively contribute to business development through the identification of new opportunities with existing clients.
  • Establish positive relationships with clients and peers that build credibility, foster your support network, and empower career development.
  • Work with prestigious clients with on-site presence and some travel required.

IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

  • 6+ years of management consulting, advisory, professional services, and/or Big 4 consulting experience.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple tasks at various stages of completion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven subject matter or content expertise in Program/Project management.
  • Experience running engagements, managing teams, and driving desired business outcomes throughout delivery, as well as the ability to pinpoint gaps and omissions.
  • A demonstrated track record of leading large, complex consulting engagements, with roles that involve building and fostering relationships with senior-level client executives.
  • Demonstrated success creating, growing, and selling solutions for existing and new client accounts.
  • Understanding of various technologies including applications and databases.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suites of products, (i.e. Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in use of project planning tools (MS Project, Jira, Version One, Aha!, etc.)
  • Proven success delivering projects in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall environments.
  • The ability to travel to fulfill client requirements and project needs, and for personal development.
  • An ability to authentically establish credibility, build consensus, and activate collaboration with clients and teammates.
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university. A master's degree and/or applicable professional certifications are bonuses.
  • Project Management Certification (CAPM or PMP) is a plus.
