Manager, Maintenance & EngineeringCarlisle Construction Materials (CCM) is seeking a
Manager, Maintenance & Engineering to lead our maintenance team in
Carlisle, PA. This is a high-impact leadership role, responsible for ensuring our facility and production equipment are operating safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively. You'll oversee
maintenance and engineering activities, develop a high-performing team, and drive
continuous improvement to optimize performance.
What You'll Do:- Champion safety-first initiatives and ensure compliance with CCM safety programs.
- Develop a strong, customer-focused maintenance & engineering team through coaching and leadership.
- Set clear standards, provide tools and training, and hold team members accountable for excellence.
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality Services, EHS, and more to align maintenance strategies with business goals.
- Lead the planning and execution of preventive maintenance programs, capital projects, and plant utilities.
- Optimize reliability by implementing best-in-class maintenance strategies to minimize downtime.
- Drive continuous improvement, leveraging COS (Continuous Operating System) methodologies to solve problems and enhance processes.
- Oversee budget management and cost control while ensuring optimal equipment performance.
What You Bring:•
5-7 years of progressive experience in manufacturing engineering with a
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field (
Mechanical/Electrical specialization preferred).

10+ years of maintenance leadership experience with an
Associate's degree in a related technical field.
• Proven experience leading maintenance teams in a
fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage shifting priorities.
