About the Role:

We are looking for a Learning & Organizational Effectiveness Manager to help design and deliver impactful learning, leadership, and organizational development initiatives that strengthen our teams, elevate leadership capability, and support Kinder's continued growth. This role will partner closely with leaders across the business to create scalable, practical, and engaging development experiences that support both operational excellence and our people-first culture.

This position is ideal for someone who blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where building, improving, and evolving programs is part of the day-to-day work.
Key Responsibilities Include:

Learning & Leadership Development
  • Design and deliver leadership development programs (DARE / L.E.A.D.) that support people leaders, emerging leaders, and executives across the organization.
  • Build scalable learning experiences that strengthen leadership capability, communication, accountability, coaching, and team effectiveness.
  • Develop blended learning solutions including instructor-led training, self-directed learning, workshops, toolkits, and digital learning experiences.
  • Partner with business leaders and People Strategy Partners to identify development priorities and capability gaps across teams.
  • Support career growth and internal mobility initiatives through targeted development programming and learning pathways.
  • Help establish practical leadership frameworks and manager expectations aligned to Kinder's culture and growth strategy.
  • Integrate modern learning approaches including experiential learning, cohort-based programs, AI-enabled tools, and mentorship. and peer learning experiences.

Organizational Effectiveness & Talent Development
  • Partner with leaders to support organizational effectiveness initiatives including team effectiveness, change management, organizational design, and leadership alignment.
  • Applying structured methodologies (DARE or similar frameworks such as operating model design, RAPID, Lean, systems thinking) across the company, identifying where they meet business needs.
  • Help drive initiatives connected to performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, and talent reviews.
  • Support leadership teams in identifying opportunities to improve collaboration, communication, and operational effectiveness.
  • Assist in developing scalable frameworks and tools that improve manager capability and employee experience.
  • Contribute to company-wide people initiatives that strengthen culture, engagement, and organizational health.

Learning Operations & Program Management
  • Manage learning logistics, implementation plans, communications, and stakeholder coordination for development initiatives.
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
  • Support learning systems, content management, documentation, and reporting processes.
  • Build scalable processes and standards that improve learning consistency and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure learning content and experiences are engaging, accessible, and aligned to business priorities.

Measurement, Analytics & Continuous Improvement
  • Track participation, engagement, and learning effectiveness metrics across programs.
  • Use employee feedback, business insights, and data to continuously improve learning experiences and organizational initiatives.
  • Develop dashboards, reporting, and presentations for People leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Measure business impact and organizational outcomes tied to development initiatives where applicable.

You'll have the opportunity to influence leadership development, organizational health, employee growth, and operational effectiveness while partnering closely with leaders who care deeply about quality, people, and performance.
Skills + Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, Education, or related field preferred. Additional preference for Adult Learning Theory, LEAD, DARE and or the like.
  • In lieu of a degree, relevant experience in this space
  • 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Effectiveness, Talent Development, HR, or related areas.
  • Experience designing and facilitating leadership development and employee learning programs.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and organizational effectiveness practices.
  • Ability to influence and partner effectively with leaders across multiple levels of the organization.
  • Strong project management and program execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth, manufacturing, CPG, operations, or field-based environments preferred.
  • Comfortable building programs and processes in environments that are continuing to evolve and scale.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics and feedback to improve programs and outcomes.
  • Experience with LMS platforms, learning technologies, and modern learning tools preferred.
  • Passion for building strong teams, developing leaders, and creating meaningful employee experiences.
Pay Transparency:

The expected starting salary range for this role is $145,000- $170,000 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
