OVERVIEW

Under the direction of the Laboratory Administrative and Medical Directors, the Manager will assist in facilitating the delivery of laboratory services in an efficient and effective manner. This position will manage the operations of the Laboratory including staff planning and evaluation, budget planning and monitoring. This position will be the Quality Manager and be responsible for the development and implementation of a Laboratory Quality Program will be a major responsibility of the position. This will include planning, leading, organizing and supervising the Quality Management Program to facilitate the accreditation the Lab as set out in the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care guidelines.
