Job Description

What you'll do
  • Provides prompt and effective support on labor-related issues to management within multiple corporate departments
  • Manages disputes and negotiates resolutions between union representatives and management
  • Negotiates new work rules for organized employee groups
  • Manages the administration and interpretation of labor agreements for assigned work group
  • Provides support for grievance handling up to and including arbitration
  • Develops and maintains responsible relationships with labor organizations representing assigned work group
  • Ability to travel

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, or related field or equivalent experience/training

  • Experience or formal training in early dispute resolution strategy
