The PositionThe Investor Relations Manager is a highly trusted, experienced professional responsible for driving the execution and coordination of core Investor Relations activities. This role serves as a key partner to the Investor Relations function, ensuring earnings processes, investor engagement, and external communications are delivered with precision, consistency, proactiveness, and cross-functional alignment. In addition to its primary Investor Relations focus, the role provides ad hoc support to the Corporate Communications team as needed. This position will be a hybrid position based out of our San Diego office.
Responsibilities include:
- Support the Investor Relations function and ensure well-coordinated internal processes across quarterly earnings cycles and investor engagement activities
- Drive end-to-end coordination and execution of quarterly earnings processes, including timeline management, deliverable tracking, and day-of logistics
- Partner with Finance, Legal, and Corporate Communications to ensure accuracy, consistency, and readiness of external communications
- Coordinate investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows, including ownership of executive travel, scheduling, calendar management, conference registration, and end-to-end logistics execution
- Manage Investor Relations systems and tools, including producing investor profiles, tracking meeting history, and ensuring accurate records of investor engagement
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and consistency across Investor Relations workflows
- Conduct research and analysis of peer performance, operating results, and industry trends to support Investor Relations activities
- Internal coordination for ESG program, including driving logistics, report generation and rating monitoring
- Provide ad hoc support across corporate communications, corporate governance, and proxy-related activities, ensuring alignment across investor relations and corporate communications teams
Who You AreRequired Qualifications- 5+ years of experience supporting Investor Relations, Finance, or executive leadership in a highly visible, fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated experience independently managing complex, deadline-driven processes such as earnings cycles, investor events, or executive-level initiatives
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, manage competing demands, and drive work to completion with minimal oversight
- High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when managing sensitive, time-critical financial and investor-related information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a polished and professional presence
- Proven ability to exercise discretion, sound judgment, and maintain strict confidentiality
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and adapt to evolving priorities
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively across functions and levels
Preferred Qualifications- Direct experience supporting Investor Relations within a public company environment, including earnings cycles, investor meetings, and investor-facing communications
- Experience partnering closely with Finance, Legal, and Corporate Communications teams on external disclosures
- Demonstrated track record of driving process improvements and operational excellence
- Proven ability to build trust and credibility with senior leaders and stakeholders across the organization
- Experience with Investor Relations or CRM platforms (Irwin, FactSet, Alphasense) and proficiency with Powerpoint

For candidates based in our
San Diego office, the salary range is $130,000 - $150,000 per year.
The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience, skillset, geographic location, industry, education, etc. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
