Full Job Description
In this role, you will ensure data integrity, deliver actionable insights, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

You will act as the owner of program performance data and the custodian of critical training documentation, enabling informed decision-making and continuous improvement. This role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to provide clear reporting, drive adoption of data standards, and support consistent, data-driven outcomes across the organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES
  • Lead the integration and management of training and program data: Oversee the collection, validation, and integration of training and program data from multiple sources. Ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility to support program evaluation, regulatory reporting, and business intelligence.
  • Act as the custodian for all official training documentation: Manage courseware libraries, regulatory submissions, and master data lists (MDL). Maintain version control and ensure timely updates to meet compliance requirements. Coordinate with regulatory bodies and internal quality teams for audits and approvals.
  • Drive performance monitoring and actionable analytics: Develop and maintain dashboards and analytics tools to monitor program health, performance metrics, and stakeholder feedback. Generate regular reports for leadership, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Translate data into actionable recommendations for program and process enhancements.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication: Ensure visibility of governance processes and program status across all stakeholders. Drive adoption of standards and processes through consistent messaging, awareness campaigns, and training. Collaborate with courseware teams, program managers, and leadership to align on governance and data priorities.
  • Enable continuous improvement through data-driven insights: Aggregate and analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights that help teams prioritize initiatives, optimize training delivery, and enhance program outcomes./

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION
  • Bachelor's in Information Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, Quality/Regulatory, or Instructional Design with strong data focus; familiarity with QMS.
  • 7-10 years of progressive experience in data governance, analytics, or program management, with at least 3-5 years focused on training program data, business intelligence.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Core & Functional Skills
  • Advanced document control and versioning (product databases, controlled libraries) within regulated environments
  • Data modeling, metric definition, and maintenance of data dictionaries and KPIs for training and program performance
  • Dashboard design, analytics, and reporting to monitor program health, adoption, and outcomes
  • Audit readiness, compliance tracking, and regulatory submission support
  • Master data governance, including naming conventions, metadata management, and data quality assurance
  • Integration and management of large-scale training and program data sets

Tools & Software Experience
  • Business intelligence and analytics tools: Power BI, Tableau, Excel (Power Pivot/Query)
  • Enterprise content management: MS Teams, SharePoint, Documentum, with governance controls
  • Automation tools: Power Automate (alerts, approvals, workflow optimization)
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite and modern business-enabling tools

Soft Skills
  • Exceptional precision, attention to detail, and organizational skills

Other Experience, Skills, & Competencies
  • Experience in aviation, particularly business aviation, is an asset
  • Proven track record working with Training and Development teams and delivering training products to global audiences; formal adult learning development experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively with all organizational levels, including senior management, technical staff, and end users
  • Strong analytical, facilitation, and problem-solving skills; ability to identify trends and develop effective solutions and strategies
  • Experience supporting strategic, customer-facing initiatives and maintaining corporate governance and regional communication
  • Strong knowledge of financials and KPIs, with experience reporting project status to senior management.
