How you'll make an impact in this roleThis position resides under The Resource Group, an end-to-end supply chain partner to healthcare organizations across the United States, wholly-owned by Ascension. At The Resource Group, we build strong relationships with provider teams, working alongside them to improve supply chain operations and lower non-payroll expenses, all in support of delivering quality patient care. Responsibilities for this role can be found below:
• Develop and implement sophisticated coordination processes between clinical leaders and administrative staff to bridge the gap between frontline patient care and supply chain infrastructure across all participant sites.
• Lead integration activities and accountability for complex project workstreams, including product conversions at acute care, ASC, and post-acute settings as assigned.
• Partner with key physicians and clinical leadership to analyze performance metrics and develop high-level strategies for resolving complex operational and clinical supply challenges.
• Provide leadership and strategic direction for the efficient utilization of personnel, financial, and medical resources to ensure that clinical initiatives align with the organization's fiscal objectives.
• Lead relationship management with assigned Participants to support effective change management and alignment to best practices, supporting standardized processes where possible.
• Optimize team performance through strategic day-to-day management of associates including hiring, training and onboarding, professional development, and providing coaching and feedback as needed.
What minimum requirements you'll needLicensure / Certification / Registration:
- Reg Health Info Tech credentialed from the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) preferred.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
