Job DescriptionThe Role As Manager of Integrated Case Management, you'll have operational accountability for the daily activities of the department - supporting best practice standards for the Case Management Program and partnering closely with the Director on planning, implementation, and process improvement.
This is a true operational leadership role with high floor visibility. You'll lead an established team of approximately 75-80 FTEs (with ~25 direct reports) alongside a leadership structure that includes a Senior Manager, a peer Manager, and a Supervisor. You'll mentor newer leaders, support the upcoming Epic rollout, and help drive a culture of accountability, positivity, and team cohesion. There's no routine caseload - but you may step in on escalations, assessments, or complex discharges during high-volume periods.
Earnings $110,000-$140,000 based on experience Relocation: Assistance available for the right candidate hourly

Requirements - Open to either an RN or Social Work background: • Registered Nurse path: BSN required (MSN preferred), active Florida RN license, and CCM or C-ACM certification • Social Work path: MSW required, active Florida LCSW or LMHC, and C-SWCM or C-ASWCM certification
- 3-5 years of case management or related healthcare experience
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory or managerial experience (acute-care hospital leadership strongly preferred)
- Epic experience or Epic implementation exposure strongly preferred
- Strong communicator with high emotional intelligence, accountability, and a collaborative, process-improvement mindset
- Note: Florida licensure must be in place prior to start date.
