The Infection Prevention Manager is considered an Infection prevention expert. The Infection Prevention Manager is the direct Supervisor for region level infection preventionist and responsible for the day-to-day operations of the assigned infection prevention program.

Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Lab Sciences, Microbiology, Nursing, Public Health, or related health sciences field.
  • Upon hire: National Certified in Infection Control - Certification Board of Infection Control and Epidemiology.
  • 6 years Quality and patient safety or other directly related healthcare experience.
  • 4 years Infection Prevention Epidemiology.
  • 4 years Progressively responsible leadership.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Lab Sciences, Microbiology, Nursing, Public Health, or related health sciences field.
