In this strategic role, you will lead a multi-year manufacturing transformation, focused on modernizing operations, improving flow, and enhancing overall performance.
You will work in a complex and fast-paced environment where leadership and operational excellence are critical.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesOperations & Flow Optimization- Redesign workspaces, production cells and logistics areas.
- Support transformation projects across manufacturing, assembly and testing.
Standardization & Digital Manufacturing- Develop and deploy standard work and planning processes.
- Support digital manufacturing tools rollout (MES, digital instructions).
Material Flow & Inventory- Improve internal logistics and material handling.
- Support inventory reduction initiatives.
Lean & Performance Management- Implement Lean principles across operations.
- Develop and maintain operational KPIs.
Leadership & Team Development- Lead and develop industrial engineering teams.
- Ensure alignment between Engineering, Supply Chain and Production.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in complex manufacturing environments.
- Proven experience in leadership and transformation initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in manufacturing transformation programs.
- Lean / Six Sigma expertise.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational abilities.
