Position OverviewThis role manages elements of tax projects/programs. Operating with a high level of autonomy, the position leads cross-functional efforts to strengthen tax compliance, reporting quality, audit readiness, and cash-flow optimization.
What You'll Do:- Lead preparation and review of complex tax filings, ensuring accuracy and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
- Translate regulatory changes into clear requirements, update SOPs, and develop training materials for stakeholders.
- Measure adoption and impact of new process and procedures.
- Prepare leadership-quality analyses and recommendations, including ROI assessments, cash-flow impacts, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Establish preventive and detective controls, ensuring audit-ready documentation and compliance with internal policies.
- Maintain internal tax policies and calendars
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to resolve complex tax issues and support strategic business initiatives.
- Identify and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce risk.

While location expectations vary by role, candidates within approximately 50 miles of a U.S. office are generally preferred to support collaboration when needed. Our hybrid approach is flexible, and in-office presence is guided by team and business needs rather than a fixed weekly schedule.
Base Salary Range$127,000.00 - $160,550.00
