Job Title: Manager, Indirect Sourcing, Third Party Logistics (3PL)

Location: Clark, NJ

A Day in the Life

Reporting to the Director of 3PL Sourcing, you will play a key role in activating L'Oréal North America's logistics network. This is a high-impact position where you will co-develop and execute sourcing strategies for a ~$50M annual spend across Warehousing and Reverse Logistics, directly contributing to our operational excellence and sustainability goals.
  • Drive Strategic Sourcing: You will lead end-to-end RFx processes, from market analysis and needs assessment to complex negotiations and implementation, ensuring a seamless transition from "bid" to "business as usual."
  • Enhance Supplier Excellence: You will manage a robust supplier ecosystem based on L'Oréal's five strategic pillars: Quality, Logistics, Innovation, Sustainability, and Competitiveness, acting as a trusted advisor to internal business partners.
  • Champion Sustainability: You will spearhead initiatives to reduce our Scope 3 emissions by identifying and onboarding partners who offer green logistics solutions, driving our "L'Oréal for the Future" agenda.
  • Lead Innovation & Performance: You will proactively scout the market for disruptive technologies, integrate AI and smart fulfillment solutions into our 3PL roadmap, and own the category analytics to report on performance and savings.

  • Strong Data & Analytics capabilities to distill information into clear, persuasive presentations.
