Job Title: Manager, Indirect Sourcing, Third Party Logistics (3PL)

A Day in the LifeReporting to the Director of 3PL Sourcing, you will play a key role in activating L'Oréal North America's logistics network. This is a high-impact position where you will co-develop and execute sourcing strategies for a ~$50M annual spend across Warehousing and Reverse Logistics, directly contributing to our operational excellence and sustainability goals.
- Drive Strategic Sourcing: You will lead end-to-end RFx processes, from market analysis and needs assessment to complex negotiations and implementation, ensuring a seamless transition from "bid" to "business as usual."
- Enhance Supplier Excellence: You will manage a robust supplier ecosystem based on L'Oréal's five strategic pillars: Quality, Logistics, Innovation, Sustainability, and Competitiveness, acting as a trusted advisor to internal business partners.
- Champion Sustainability: You will spearhead initiatives to reduce our Scope 3 emissions by identifying and onboarding partners who offer green logistics solutions, driving our "L'Oréal for the Future" agenda.
- Lead Innovation & Performance: You will proactively scout the market for disruptive technologies, integrate AI and smart fulfillment solutions into our 3PL roadmap, and own the category analytics to report on performance and savings.
We Are Looking ForWe are seeking an individual with an entrepreneurial drive, capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced environment. You excel at translating complex market trends into actionable insights and influencing decisions across functions. You're a great match if you have:
- Several years of experience in Strategic Sourcing and Category Management, specifically within the Logistics sector.
- Strategic Business Acumen with the ability to build sourcing strategies that anticipate business needs.
- Proven Negotiation Skills with a track record of managing complex, multi-million dollar agreements.
- Strong Data & Analytics capabilities to distill information into clear, persuasive presentations.
- Exceptional Stakeholder Management skills, with the ability to influence without authority and build bridges across teams.
- Agility & Change Leadership to manage change and drive innovation in a dynamic environment.
