About the Role:As Manager of Central Procurement for Indirect, you will lead the centralized procurement function covering IT, Facilities, Travel, Consulting, and other enterprise spend categories. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving measurable cost savings, operational efficiencies and strengthening contract and risk management practices. You will oversee the full breath of the category while developing high-impact strategies aligned to company growth.
- Develop and execute procurement strategies that drive cost efficiency, operational effectiveness, supplier performance, and risk mitigation
- Lead competitive sourcing events (RFI/RFQ/RFP) and complex supplier negotiations
- Manage end-to-end process including, but not limited to PO Creation, RFI/RFQ/RFP process, Invoice Resolution, full supplier and stakeholder relationship management
- Partner with internal stakeholders to define requirements and lead procurement strategy with top-level business priorities and long-term planning
- Identify and deliver cost savings through benchmarking, structured bidding, and negotiation
- Provide clear leadership, accountability, and development for direct reports
About You:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain/Operations Management, Engineering, or similar
- 10+ years of indirect procurement experience in fast-paced manufacturing, operations, or technology environments and 3+ years of people management experience
- Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing principles, contracting, and negotiation
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, scaling organization
- Experience presenting recommendations to senior and executive leadership
Nice to haves but not required: - Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline
- Experience supporting high-growth manufacturing organizations
