Full Job Description

Burger King is seeking a Manager, Incentives to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of Burger King’s offers and coupons – designed to drive guest engagement, frequency, sales, and profitability.

This role will own the day-to-day management of Burger King’s digital offer and paper coupon programs, serving as a subject matter expert for internal partners and external vendors. The Manager will translate business and brand priorities into actionable offer and coupon plans, lead complex cross-functional workstreams, manage external partners, and use performance insights to continuously improve guest and business outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings strategic perspective and operational discipline, with the ability to manage complex workstreams simultaneously, prioritize competing needs, lead through influence, and make data-informed recommendations. They will proactively identify dependencies, resolve executional issues, and escalate risks or decisions when needed, while connecting promotional strategy to sales, guest behavior, and profitability.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Digital Offers

  • Own the digital offer strategy, translating business priorities, brand initiatives, menu innovation, partnership opportunities, and guest needs into a cohesive digital offer plan.
  • Manage the full digital offer program, including evergreen, personalized, promotional, partnership, and offers supporting internal partner requests.
  • Develop the annual and monthly offer roadmap and calendar, balancing planned initiatives with emerging business needs and ad hoc requests.
  • Lead digital offers from initial concept and offer development through cross-functional alignment, build, approvals, launch communications, and post-campaign performance evaluation.
  • Monitor the ongoing performance of digital offers, including sales, guest engagement, and profitability.
  • Develop recommendations to optimize offer constructs, pricing, purchase requirements, tiering, targeting, and other offer elements based on performance insights and business needs.
  • Partner with Brand Marketing, CRM, Digital Analytics, Product, Legal, and other teams to develop and execute offers that support business and guest priorities.
  • Lead test-and-learn activations to evaluate offer constructs, pricing, audience segmentation, purchase requirements, and other opportunities to influence guest behavior.

Paper Coupons

  • Own the day-to-day management of the paper coupon program, including the annual and monthly calendar, coupon drop planning, offer constructs, distribution, testing, and launch readiness.
  • Manage coupon distribution while balancing the annual budget, business needs, brand calendar moments, market priorities, and distribution efficiency.
  • Manage day-to-day planning and execution with external vendors, including quantities, budgets, distribution plans, market tests, plus-ups, timelines, and drop coordination.
  • Coordinate with the Merchandising team and agency partners on offer details, creative development, production, approvals, proofing, and launch readiness.
  • Partner with Pricing, Analytics, Finance, Merchandising, Field Marketing, and other stakeholders on national and local coupon planning and execution.
  • Measure coupon performance and distribution efficiency, identifying opportunities to improve sales, profitability, reach, fraud prevention, and value.
  • Recommend changes to coupon offer mix, pricing, tiering, distribution, timing, and testing based on performance insights and evolving business needs.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in promotions, offers, lifecycle marketing, customer engagement, or related disciplines.
  • Demonstrated experience with promotional mechanics, digital offers, coupons, pricing, and customer incentives; experience supporting the planning, execution, and measurement of marketing campaigns or customer-facing initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use customer and performance data to identify trends, develop recommendations, and identify optimization opportunities. Experience with Snowflake, Amplitude, or similar tools is preferred.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across cross-functional teams, agencies, vendors, and other external partners.
  • Ability to translate business objectives and customer insights into clear execution plans and measurement approaches.
  • Experience in QSR, retail, ecommerce, hospitality, or other consumer-facing businesses preferred.
