About the role:The Customer Marketing Manager is an individual contributor role that is responsible for driving onboarding, expansion, and renewal efforts across PDQ's suite of products. This role will work cross-functionally to own programs targeting engagement, loyalty, and advocacy, contributing to customer retention and revenue growth.
How you might spend your day:- Independently develop, implement, and optimize customer marketing programs, such as cross-sell campaigns and onboarding efforts, with the direction of senior leadership.
- Partner with other marketing teams including email marketing, content marketing, and product marketing to develop and deploy targeted customer marketing campaigns.
- Facilitate and host customer marketing events, including cross-sell events, in collaboration with sales and technical product experts.
- Proactively report on program performance, providing key insights to senior leadership to inform planning and prioritization.
- Build, maintain, and present reports on supporting KPI performance as defined by senior leadership on a regular basis and in a timely manner.
- Drive experimentation of new customer marketing opportunities and tactics based in competitive and audience research.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing teams on customer marketing needs, such as go-to-market launches and customer communications.
- Assist in analyzing data, including product usage, to understand customer pain points and engagement; providing ideas on how to address opportunities for improvement.
We're looking for people who have:- 5+ years of marketing experience
- Previous experience driving successful customer marketing programs
