Full Job Description
Position: Manager III, Risk - AMZ18269.6

Location: Westboro, MA

Multiple Positions Available:

1. Ensure site compliance with applicable safety regulations to

protect employees from hazardous working conditions.

2. Conduct risk assessments across operational environments

to identify hazards and implement mitigation strategies.

3. Provide safety training programs and oversee environmental

sustainability initiatives.

4. Manage incident response activities, investigations, and internal

or external audits.

5. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workplace

safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.

6. Supervise and guide a contractor team responsible for

implementing and maintaining safety standards.

7. Promote and sustain a secure and environmentally responsible

workplace culture

(40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $133300 - $180300)

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

A Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Public Administration, Environmental Health and Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, Industrial Safety, Occupational Health, or related discipline and 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. In the alternative, a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Public Administration, Environmental Health and Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, Industrial Safety, Occupational Health, or related discipline followed by 5 years of progressively responsible postbaccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

Experience must include:

1) 2 years of experience in managing environmental health and safety programs in manufacturing, production, industrial, or research and development environment

2) 1 year of experience in conducting hazard identification and risk assessments for manufacturing processes, equipment, and facilities

3) 1 year of experience in Ensuring compliance with OSHA and applicable environmental and occupational safety regulations

4) 1 year of experience in managing environmental health and safety programs across operational or multi-site environments

5) 1 year of experience in leading incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation

6) 1 year of experience in developing and implementing safety policies, procedures, and training programs

7) 1 year of experience in supervising EHS staff or contractor personnel responsible for implementing safety programs

The pay range for this position in Westboro, MA is $133300 - $180300 (yr); however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
