We are searching for a Manager, Digital Supply Chain in our publishing space to help navigate technically demanding ads and storefront presentation challenges. This role demands a high capacity to Learn and Be Curious, Invent and Simplify, Bias for Action, and Deliver Results as we need to be continually adapting to the fast-moving environment and push to drive efficiency and simplification for global customers.
Key job responsibilities
- Hire and develop the best to recruit, grow, retain, and promote talents
- Own ads availability and storefront duplicate metrics
- Contribute to defining product value propositions, advantages, and limitations
- Be engaged in product development with our product managers and our engineering teams, ensuring operator use cases are correctly represented
- Drive operational efficiency by continually refining operational processes and influencing product/engineering teams to enable automation

As a Manager, Digital Supply Chain - Publishing, we are looking for a people leader who brings innovation and simplicity to the space and drives solutions for supply chain efficiency, and continuous process improvement. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a team and work with various stakeholders, including global cross-functional teams within Amazon. The successful candidate will need to be entrepreneurial, wear many hats and work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly collaborative environment. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of team management experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience, or a MBA and 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience, or a Master's degree and 3+ years of cross functional project delivery experience
- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience defining and executing program requirements
- Experience managing teams of 3 or more
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
