Job DescriptionResponsible for leading and managing systems analysis initiatives and ensure that business systems infrastructure supports organizational goals and drive operational success. The Manager II provides leadership to leaders and/or experienced professionals and is accountable for the performance and results of multiple related teams. Implements and leads strategies by establishing operational objectives, policies and plans that effect immediate operations and may have department or organizational impact.

Responsibilities- Align system analysis with business strategy to support organizational goals.
- Drive automation initiatives within controls and protocols to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Drive consistency across teams and overall system analysis documentation quality.
- Build cross-functional collaboration and oversee multiple project streams to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
- Align change frameworks with business readiness and align system analysis training with business needs.
- Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to team members on the systems analysis programs and initiatives.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or the equivalent combination of education, training or experience
- Master's/advanced Degree preferred
- 7 + years relative work experience.
- 3+ years of management experience; or equivalent experience as the subject matter lead or expert in area of expertise.
- Expert knowledge of systems analysis and aligns methodologies across teams.
- Aligns teams solutions with business strategy.
- Ensures consistency across team communication.
- Drives team accountability and alignment within system testing processes.
- Expert knowledge of business process improvement and automation concepts and ensures alignment with business strategy.
- Requires a comprehensive understanding of internal system analysis standards and principles.
- Ability to influence others internally, including leaders and vendors.
