A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Supports the development and implementation of a smart and balanced process including resource requirements (with Operations) for both regional and on-site inventory levels, as well as on-site resource requirements (personnel).
- Supports the design and manages the implementation of a uniform process, including clear guidelines of responsibilities, for receiving, storing and tracking, handing-out, receiving-back, transferring and returning (call-off) of inventory.
- Communicates proactively and effectively with the Fulfillment and Sourcing functions of the Supply Chain department to ensure alignment on schedule, quantities, and quality of materials and equipment needed on the job site.
- Supervises, coaches and implements a schedule for all regional on-site personnel to ensure the job sites have appropriate staff.
WHAT YOU9LL NEED
- Bachelor9s degree in Supply Chain Management or Inventory Management, or related field required.
- Five or more years of experience in a supply chain and/or inventory management position, or a related area as an individual contributor required. A minimum of one to three years supervisory experience required.
- Minimum of two years direct experience working in related position for construction or service companies (wind and solar being a plus).

$110,617.00 - $160,396.00 Individual Compensation to be determined based on the applicants applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
