About the role:

As a Manager I&C Field Services you will lead the day-to-day operations of the I&C Field Services organization, managing resources, portfolio execution, innovation strategy, and financial performance. You will direct a team of I&C engineers and technicians supporting field service projects, digital modernization initiatives, and Ovation and Common Q installations. You will drive business growth through strategic customer relationships, capital investment planning, while maximizing productivity and profitability.

You will report to the Sr Directo of Specialty Outage & Maintenance Services and be located at our New Stanton facility. This is a hybrid position that requires 2-3 days in office per week. and you will be required to travel up to 30% of the time to support customer and sales visits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the I&C Field Services group, consisting of preparing for and executing field projects at customer sites, as contracted. You will manage resources, equipment, training, mobilization, and execution of projects in the Americas region.
  • Support the proposal development team to obtain contracts which contribute significant profit margin and revenue growth. Effectively manage contract changes with support from the operations/delivery team.
  • Provide leadership and oversight for projects executed by field project managers and job leads and manage equipment maintenance and sustainment to support field project delivery.
  • Analyze contract requirements and develop project-specific deliverables to enable successful program implementation and to enhance customer satisfaction. Analyze needs and identify unique customer solutions to address customer concerns to drive innovation.
  • Orchestrate and drive profitable product or service growth which meets or exceeds revenue and margin objectives.
  • Develop strategic focus, communicate vision for future and promote culture that aligns with organizational goals. Develop culture that values safety, customer service, human performance fundamentals, radiation protection practices.
  • Identify innovative solutions to create customer value in collaboration with appropriate Westinghouse organizations. Identify unmet customer needs through appropriate market channels especially direct customer interaction. Execute innovation projects/programs to address these needs.
  • Maximize financial contributions to ensure product viability. Aggregate margin-as-delivered should be greater than or equal to the product-specific objective from financial plan. Resource utilization for business segment should be greater than or equal to financial plan target. Financial forecasting should provide accurate assessment of financial timing and results.
  • Develop valued business development skills in organization to ensure "bench strength" and succession planning.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience
  • Background in I&C Basic Services as well as digital upgrades is preferred but not required
  • Ability to oversee project activities and opportunity management, conveying feedback on customer satisfaction, needs and opportunities.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $130,400.00 to$ 163,000.00 per year.
