Principal Duties and Responsibilities:- Complies with and upholds company expectations including policies, procedures, industry regulations, department goals and business strategy.
- Pulls scheduled reports and reviews data for accuracy.
- Performs salary data calculations and research employee salary transactions as requested.
- Performs job audits to determine if any significant changes have occurred from previous evaluation and makes necessary changes.
- Audits HRIS system data regularly to ensure accuracy and makes changes as needed.
- Drafts organizational charts and job descriptions for management review.
- Responsible for maintaining and updating the compendium, organizational charts, and job descriptions.
- Responsible for the development, preparation, and distribution of reports from the Human Resources system as directed.
- Handles various employee issues with confidentiality, using problem-solving skills as required
- Ensures fair treatment and a satisfactory employment experience by providing advisory services to management on interpretation and consistent application of collective bargaining agreements and of company policies, procedures, and practices.
- Conduct investigations regarding employee matters.
- Prepares responses for EEOC complains and Deparment of Human Services.
- Provides reports as requested by Internal clients
- Establish and maintain relationships with employees at all organizational levels.
- Provide both employees and management with an effective and accurate feedback network.
- Ensure that all policies and procedures (Federal, State, Labor & Employment Laws, and Company Regulations) are met with contract compliance.
