Full Job Description
Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Recruitment Manager to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to recruit both permanent and contracted staff for our IT organization. As an in-house consultant on recruiting and retention practices, you will manage a variety of recruitment efforts and ensure adherence to legal and corporate hiring policies. You will also lead succession planning processes, forecast organizational needs, and maintain a comprehensive recruiting plan.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for recruiting permanent and contract staff.
  • Serve as an in-house consultant on recruitment and retention practices.
  • Manage recruitment efforts including college recruitment, internet recruitment, and partnerships with recruitment firms.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and corporate hiring policies.
  • Lead succession planning and forecast organizational staffing needs.
  • Manage the recruitment and screening process, conduct interviews, and make hiring recommendations.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with contract staff vendors and maintain records of contracted services.
  • Advocate for IT needs within HR leadership discussions and build awareness of the organization within the HR and IT community.
  • Make hiring decisions for selected positions as required.

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years of related experience in HR and IT, including managing teams and projects.
  • Strong understanding of the competitive marketplace, including compensation pressure points and key skills.
