What you will enjoy doing*- Oversee end-to-end administration and configuration of HCM platforms, ensuring alignment with HR policies, business rules, and compliance requirements
- Lead system enhancements, configuration changes, testing, and deployment activities to maintain system integrity and optimal performance
- Manage system releases by reviewing new functionalities, assessing impacts, coordinating implementations, and communicating changes to stakeholders
- Track and manage budgets related to system licensing, enhancements, and support services while partnering with
- Finance and Procurement for cost optimization
- Drive AI-enabled HR initiatives by identifying opportunities for automation, predictive analytics, and AI tools to improve employee experience and operational efficiency
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR Business Partners, operational leaders, and functional stakeholders to translate business needs into effective system solutions
- Contribute to the development and governance of HRIS strategy, establishing controls, documentation standards, and ensuring compliance with regulations and data privacy laws
- Ensure SOX compliance by maintaining system controls, supporting audits, and collaborating with Internal Audit, Finance, and IT to remediate control gaps
What makes you great - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field plus 5+ years of experience managing HCM systems
- Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements
- Proven experience leading cross-functional project teams and successfully delivering on objectives
- Strong strategic thinking skills with a track record of driving impactful initiatives, including planning, analysis, and research
- Proven experience translating HR/business requirements into system configurations
- Experience managing system releases, upgrades, and change control processes
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

The salary range for this role is: $108,225 - $144,300.
