What you will enjoy doing*- In this role, you will assess and analyze current manufacturing processes
- Also, you will develop the processes for new products, work processes, and other manufacturing needs
- You will be in charge to develop and draft job instructions for all manufacturing processes and implement efficient quality control processes and cost-saving measures
- Oversee and optimize the full lifecycle of a product's manufacturing processes
- Educate and train new employees on current manufacturing and workflow processes
- You will suggest and implement improvements to current manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure products are completed on time
- Communicate with customers to ensure their needs are being met
- And you will complete contract review of customer purchase orders
What makes you great - A bachelor's degree manufacturing, industrial, mechanical, materials, or related engineering field required
- Further, you must have four (4) years of manufacturing plant or project engineering experience
- You are proficient in data analysis programs and Microsoft Suite
- You have exposure to Lean Six Sigma methodology
- You have effective communication and customer service skills
- Experience using CAD (computer-aided design) software is a plus
- Additionally, you have a proven ability to combine theoretical training with practical experience in a "hands-on" environment
