Full Job Description
The Manager, Growth Performance & Marketing Analytics is responsible for leading day-to-day performance analysis across Marketing and translating data into clear business recommendations. This role connects marketing activity, customer behavior, digital performance, CRM engagement, media effectiveness, and business outcomes to help the organization understand what is happening, why it is happening, and what actions should be taken. This role serves as the primary business translator within the Marketing Insights & Optimization team, partnering closely with Brand, Growth Marketing, Digital Experience, Finance, Business Intelligence, agencies, and external partners. The Manager is expected to frame the right business questions, prioritize analytical work, guide the Data Scientist and Analyst, and deliver executive-ready insights that improve marketing effectiveness, customer growth, and investment decisions.  Lead weekly and monthly marketing performance analysis across demand, traffic, conversion, appointment booking, media, CRM, ecommerce, and customer behavior.  Translate complex data and performance signals into clear executive narratives, root-cause insights, and recommended actions.  Partner with Growth Marketing to evaluate media, CRM, campaign, audience, and channel performance and identify opportunities to improve acquisition, retention, and customer value.  Partner with Digital Experience and Brand teams to connect digital behavior, customer journey insights, and performance trends to customer experience and brand priorities.  Prioritize and manage analytical work across the Growth Performance & Marketing Analytics team, including work performed by the Data Scientist and Marketing Measurement Analyst.  Support marketing planning and investment discussions by providing performance trends, opportunity sizing, scenario analysis, and optimization recommendations.  Help define marketing KPIs, measurement frameworks, dashboards, and recurring performance reporting standards.  Partner with Finance and Business Intelligence to leverage source-of-truth data while maintaining clear ownership of marketing-specific interpretation, diagnosis, and recommendations.  Use and interpret data from key marketing and digital platforms, including GA4, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform / CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, CRM platforms, media platforms, and business intelligence tools.  Lead, coach, and develop analytical talent, building stronger business acumen, storytelling, and recommendation-development capability within the team. Education Four year college degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or other related field (Required) Work Experience  7+ years in marketing analytics, growth analytics, digital analytics, ecommerce analytics, CRM analytics, media analytics, retail analytics, consulting, or business performance analytics (Required)  Retail, ecommerce, healthcare, optical, multi-location retail, appointment-based businesses, subscription/lifecycle businesses, or agency/consulting environments supporting consumer-facing brands. (Preferred) Additional Skills - Includes Computer/Software Skills  Strong ability to translate data into business insights, root-cause diagnosis, and actionable recommendations. Experience leading analytical workstreams, prioritizing business questions, building performance narratives, and communicating with senior leaders. Strong understanding of marketing KPIs, funnel metrics, conversion, customer behavior, attribution, testing, and performance optimization. (Required)  Strong understanding of how marketing performance impacts customer acquisition, retention, revenue, profitability, and business growth. Ability to evaluate trade-offs and connect analytical findings to strategic business priorities and outcomes. (Required)  Experience with advanced measurement methodologies, including marketing mix modeling (MMM), incrementality testing, geo-testing, lift studies, holdouts, customer journey analysis, audience strategy, lifecycle measurement, and marketing investment optimization.(Preferred)  Experience with business intelligence platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar), advanced Excel/Google Sheets, and web analytics platforms (Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Analytics, GA4). Comfortable leveraging digital, CRM, media, and business performance data to diagnose performance and drive business decisions.(Required)  Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform/CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, paid search and paid social platforms, MMM and measurement vendor tools, SQL, and project/workflow management tools such as Asana, Workfront, or Jira.(Preferred)  Strong executive communication skills with the ability to simplify complex analyses, influence decisions, challenge assumptions constructively, and align stakeholders around recommendations.(Required) Taking Care of our People!
