Overview

The Connected Media Growth Organization accelerates Groupe transformation through the development and execution of strategies that support high-growth businesses and solutions within Publicis Groupe. The Growth Operations team partners closely with the Chief Business Officer and CM leadership to help develop, deploy, and manage growth strategies across primary product pillars. The team supports revenue pacing, commercial management, benchmark tracking, and strategic analysis of overall business performance and health. The Manager, Growth Operations supports the execution of commercial strategies across Growth businesses through hands-on analysis, KPI reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. This role partners closely with finance, sales, legal, agency, and product teams and reports to Growth Operations leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of key business analysis and KPI tracking in support of Growth
    Operations and executive leadership
  • Support the implementation of commercial strategies across Growth businesses, including pricing, positioning, and performance tracking
  • Act as a subject matter expert on assigned Publicis Growth businesses and products,
    developing a strong understanding of how commercial strategy aligns to performance
  • Serve as a key partner to sales and finance for revenue and business operations work, raising insights and issues to Growth Operations leadership as appropriate
  • Execute work independently within defined scope, providing clear updates on progress, risks, and findings
  • Move work forward in environments with ambiguity, applying sound judgment and raising questions when inputs or information are incomplete
  • Support the evolution of Growth Operations processes related to forecasting, pacing, and ongoing performance monitoring
  • Partner with technical development teams on BI dashboarding initiatives, contributing to dashboard briefs, validating data outputs, and supporting QA to ensure dashboards are accurate, clear, and actionable
  • Assist with enforcing contractual compliance policies related to Growth businesses and products
  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a highly matrixed environment, maintaining strong organization and follow-through

Qualifications

  • 2 to 6 years of experience in business operations, revenue operations, finance, commercial strategy, or analytics, preferably within advertising or media
  • Ability to work independently while knowing when to seek guidance or raise
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with interest in connecting data to commercial outcomes
  • Comfort working in complex or evolving environments with competing priorities
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to accuracy and quality
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize insights concisely
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups
  • Familiarity with agency operations and digital advertising business models
  • Exposure to agency or product acquisitions or integrations is a plus

Compensation Range: USD $ - . This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
