  • Manage relationships with selected hospital partners and provide center marketing support

  • Work with leadership to execute market-level and center-level growth plans
  • Collaborate with Digital, Sales, Brand, and Operations teams on campaigns
  • Build and present performance reports to stakeholders
  • Test new tactics for patient acquisition and referral engagement
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing deliverables
  • Measure campaign effectiveness to inform future strategies

  • Prior success scaling marketing in multi-location healthcare or retail environments
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to campaign builds, testing, and optimization
  • Collaborative, curious, and data-driven with a bias toward action
  • Excellent communicator and team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Must have strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on lead generation
  • Experience in healthcare, retail or multi-location brands


A Day in the Life of a Manager, Growth & Field Marketing:

  • Manage select hospital partner relationships, center marketing support, and ongoing engagement
  • Support select new center launches by managing marketing deliverables and lead generation plans
  • Monitor market and center-level performance across entire Solis Mammography footprint and identify opportunities for growth across markets
  • Synthesize cross-functional learnings, identify areas for improvement, work with leadership on market-level and center-level growth plans and execute agreed-to growth plans.
  • Collaborate with Digital, Sales, Brand, and Operations teams to develop and execute volume-driving campaigns
  • Build and present performance reports to internal stakeholders and partners
  • Propose and test new tactics to drive patient acquisition and referral engagement
  • Serve as the first point of contact for center-level marketing requests and follow-ups
  • Ensure brand consistency and quality across all campaign deliverables
  • Measure campaign effectiveness and generate insights to inform future strategies
