Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Manager to join our Grid Operations practice with a strong engineering and consulting experience helping utilities modernize grid operations. This role is ideal for an experienced consultant who combines utility operations and engineering knowledge with grid modernization and technology implementation expertise.
The Manager will lead client engagements focused on improving distribution operations, implementing advanced grid technologies, and preparing utilities for a more dynamic and distributed grid.
What You'll Do- Lead consulting engagements and workstreams focused on grid operations, grid modernization, and operational technology.
- Advise utility clients on modernization strategy, technology implementation, operating processes, and organizational readiness.
- Lead initiatives involving ADMS, DMS, OMS, DERMS, SCADA, distribution automation, and related grid technologies.
- Guide clients through requirements, solution design, integration, testing, deployment, and operational readiness.
- Support utilities in integrating DERs, energy storage, EVs, and other emerging grid technologies into distribution operations.
- Translate complex engineering and technology topics into actionable recommendations for utility executives, engineers, and operators.
- Lead and mentor multidisciplinary consulting teams while managing project scope, schedules, risks, and client relationships.
- Support practice growth through proposals, solution development, thought leadership, and business development.
QualificationsWhat We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in electric utilities, grid modernization, operational technology, engineering consulting, or related fields.
- Experience in a consulting or client-services environment, with responsibility for leading client engagements or workstreams.
- Strong understanding of distribution engineering and grid operations.
- Experience with ADMS, DMS, OMS, DERMS, SCADA, distribution automation, or similar utility technologies.
- Experience with DER integration, advanced distribution applications, grid analytics, or distribution automation.
- Experience supporting complex technology implementations from requirements through deployment.
- Strong client leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to bridge engineering, operations, technology, and business needs to deliver practical solutions.

Logic20/20 offers a competitive compensation package, with a target base salary range of $138,000 - $185,000The final base salary offered is dependent on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and location. Eligible employees may also qualify for performance-based bonuses and other incentives.
