The OpportunityTalent coordination is changing faster than almost any function in recruiting - and we're looking for the operations leader who will help shape what comes next at Adobe!
You'll lead the team that powers the Americas interview and hiring experience: the people who make scheduling seamless, candidates feel genuinely cared for, and recruiters able to move fast. And you'll do something harder and more exciting - lead that team through a transformation, as AI and automation take on the repetitive work and your team's focus shifts toward the most human, highest-judgment parts of the hiring journey.
This is a recruiting-operations leadership role first. We want someone who knows how a hiring operation actually runs, who can keep a high-volume machine humming today, and who gets genuinely excited about reinventing how it runs tomorrow. Ready to help build the future of coordination?
What You'll DoLead and grow the team- Lead, coach, and develop a geographically distributed team spanning experienced, university, and executive coordination
- Build a culture of high performance, inclusion, and continuous improvement - creating momentum and stability with a team navigating significant change
- Set clear goals and SLAs, and help your team meet and beat them.
- Partner with analytics to build capacity models that account for how automation reshapes the work, spotting gaps early and making data-driven cases for resourcing or process change.
Run world-class operations- Own the Americas Coordination operating model: interview scheduling, offer and onboarding logistics, and vendor management.
- Keep delivery reliable and seamless, with clean handoffs and deescalations
- Standardize and improve processes using data and user feedback; report on SLA performance, efficiency, throughput, and cSAT.
- Develop solid relationships and partner across recruiting, technology, global mobility, onboarding, and scaled delivery.
- Align partners and drive coordinated support for high-volume and executive hiring.
Lead the AI-first transformation- Partner with TA Ops and peers to identify, pilot, and roll out automation for transactional work.
- Decide what should be automated, and prepare your team to embrace the shift - with empathy and clarity.
- Own and evolve the team's operational tooling (like Airtable) as the engine behind how the team works.
Champion the candidate experience- Be a relentless advocate for a best-in-class, personalized candidate journey, emphasizing effortless automation and elevating the uniquely human aspects of hiring.
- Partner on employer-branding moments that make candidates proud to interview at Adobe - and proud to say yes.
What You Need to Succeed- 10+ years in recruiting or TA operations, program delivery, or related HR operations - including 4+ years leading people.
- A track record of leading teams through significant change: new technology, process redesign, or transformation.
- Hands-on experience running transactional coordination or scheduling operations at scale (this stays a core part of the role!).
- Real, hands-on AI fluency: you've built, piloted, or deployed AI or automation to solve operational problems - and you can show us what you made.
- Comfort with low-code tools like Airtable and the appetite to become your team's go-to builder and owner (you don't need to be an expert on day one).
- Proven ability to influence senior partners and drive cross-functional work without direct authority using strong analytical, organizational, and project-management skills.
- Vendor management and global or scaled service-delivery experience is a big plus.
- Bachelor's or equivalent experience in Business, HR, or a related field; advanced degree welcome.
