As the Manager, Global Sourcing, you are responsible for shaping and executing a global sourcing strategy that strengthens supply chain resilience, drives cost competitiveness, and supports business growth. Leading a team of Commodity Managers, this role develops strategic supplier partnerships, optimizes the global supply base, mitigates risk, and delivers measurable improvements in cost, quality, delivery, and performance

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute global sourcing and category strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sourcing professionals while driving a high-performance culture.
- Build and manage strategic supplier relationships, including supplier consolidation and long-term partnership initiatives.
- Enhance supply chain resiliency through dual/multi-sourcing strategies, localization efforts, and risk mitigation plans.
- Drive annual cost reduction initiatives through negotiation, competitive sourcing, supplier development, and value engineering.
- Establish supplier performance metrics and lead continuous improvement efforts across quality, delivery, cost, and innovation.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Finance, and Planning to support production, new product introductions, capacity planning, and strategic business initiatives.
- Monitor sourcing KPIs and provide leadership with strategic insights and recommendations.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA) preferred.
- 5-10+ years of leading a team in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven success in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, global supplier management, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Experience managing supplier networks in low-cost regions and navigating global supply chain complexities.
- Strong analytical, financial, contract management, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and data-driven sourcing strategies.
