Job Description

The Manager, Global Rewards Operations & Governance is responsible for the governance, administration, and execution of global compensation processes. This role ensures operational excellence across annual compensation review cycles, incentive administration, compensation reporting, governance controls, and partnerships with HRIS, Payroll, Finance, and Shared Services.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Governance

  • Own the global annual compensation review calendar and operational execution.


  • Manage governance controls, approvals, and exception processes.


  • Maintain compensation policies, procedures, and documentation.


  • Develop and monitor process KPIs.


Incentive Administration

  • Coordinate global annual and quarterly bonus administration processes.


  • Manage bonus accrual and reconciliation activities with Finance.


  • Partner with Finance on forecasting and budgeting requirements.


Systems & Data Management

  • Serve as the business lead for compensation functionality in Workday and related system dependencies (e.g. Kronos).


  • Partner with HRIS on global configuration requirements and testing.


  • Ensure data integrity and governance standards.


  • Lead the Compensation services / ticket administration in ServiceNow.


  • Oversee vendor relationships supporting compensation administration.


Analytics & Reporting

  • Deliver compensation dashboards and management reporting.


  • Support executive compensation reporting requirements.


  • Produce workforce cost analyses and compensation insights.


Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Serve as primary liaison between Compensation, Payroll, Finance, HR Operations, and Shared Services.


  • Lead process improvement initiatives.


  • Ensure global consistency while accommodating local requirements.


Experience

  • 7-10 years compensation, HR operations, or rewards program management experience.


  • Strong project management and governance background.


  • Experience with Workday Compensation preferred.


  • Strong financial and analytical acumen.


  • Global compensation experience preferred.
