Job Description

The Manager, Global Compensation Consulting serves as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders on compensation matters. This role supports the design and implementation of compensation programs, job evaluations, market pricing, pay decisions, and compensation-related projects while ensuring alignment with the company's compensation philosophy and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Compensation Consulting

  • Advise leaders and HR partners on compensation decisions.


  • Conduct market pricing and benchmarking analyses.


  • Evaluate jobs within the global job architecture.


  • Support offer development and internal movement decisions.


  • Analyze pay positioning and internal equity.


Program Support

  • Support salary structure development and maintenance.


  • Assist with annual compensation review activities.


  • Provide compensation expertise for organizational changes and acquisitions.


  • Support pay transparency and regulatory compliance initiatives.


Stakeholder Partnership

  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition and HRBPs.


  • Provide education and training on compensation philosophy and programs.


  • Develop tools and guidance for leaders.


Experience

  • 6-10 years compensation experience.


  • Strong market pricing and job evaluation expertise.


  • Experience supporting global organizations preferred.


  • CCP designation preferred.
