This is an office-first role. Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and team alignment, enabling us to deliver our best work. You will work primarily in the office, with the flexibility to work remotely for 20% of your time (one day per week).

What you will do - Develop and deliver the global roadmap for GLIMS transformation and continuous improvement.
- Improve laboratory processes by identifying opportunities to simplify and standardize workflows.
- Lead GLIMS implementation, configuration, and integration projects across global sites.
- Partner with laboratory, operations, quality, and IT teams to achieve business goals.
- Drive change management activities that support successful adoption of new processes and systems.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Ensure solutions meet regulatory, compliance, and data integrity requirements.
What we are looking for - Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific, technical, or business discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Experience leading business transformation, operational improvement, or technology initiatives.
- Knowledge of LIMS platforms or similar enterprise systems within regulated environments.
- Experience delivering complex projects and working across multiple functions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence, collaborate, and drive change across global teams.
- Project management or change management certifications are an advantage.
