Work you'll doAs a Manager, Functional Transformation on the Sales & Service team, you will be responsible for:
- Lead workstreams that support customer, sales, and service transformation programs from assessment through implementation
- Translate business needs into process designs, requirements, operating model recommendations, and implementation plans
- Manage day-to-day delivery activities, including planning, issue resolution, stakeholder alignment, and quality review
- Facilitate client workshops and working sessions to define future-state processes, capabilities, and technology needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support solution delivery across strategy, experience, operations, data, and technology

QualificationsRequired:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience supporting regulatory or state government operations, including experience with a state licensing board, legislative body, policy or regulatory operations, or constituent services
- 2+ years of experience delivering Salesforce solutions, including end-to-end lifecycle experience across multiple Salesforce LPI implementations
- 2+ years of experience leading project workstreams or teams in a consulting environment with accountability for deliverables, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation
- 2+ years of experience leading requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support for Salesforce implementations
- Ability to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
- Master's degree
- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification
- Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, including OmniScripts
- Hands-on Salesforce configuration experience
- Experience delivering solutions for licensing, permitting, inspections, case management, or other public sector functions
- Experience supporting business development activities across the sales lifecycle
