Raytheon Finance Business Process team is looking for a highly motivated individual interested in supporting all Engineering Finance systems and processes. This role requires the ability to lead complex process improvement initiatives as the key focal for the Engineering Finance organization. Candidate will be a change agent who drives process harmonization and continuous improvement across Finance.
What You Will Do:
Lead high-visibility strategic initiatives for Finance systems and processes
Manage people and multiple projects that require scoping, planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the development of system and tool changes.
Analyze processes across the business and within Engineering Finance to ensure consistency, accuracy, completeness, and efficiency.
Partner closely with Finance, Functional, and Program leadership in establishing processes, systems, and tools improvements.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Math, Business or a related field and minimum 8 years’ in finance or related business role; or an advanced degree and minimum 5 years’ in finance or related business role experience.
Experience with production program EACs, WFP, program management and planning, and reporting, or similar financial systems and business processes.
Experience with supporting Operational and Strategic Workforce Planning processes
Experience in large dataset analysis, developing financial models, and understanding financial baseline performance metrics
Experience with PRISM and APEX (SAP), Business Warehouse (BW), MFT (Rplan), or similar financial systems.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to communicate effectively with seniorleadership
Ability to meet critical deadlines while managing multiple projects; experience with project management methods such as Agile, Scrum, or SAFe is a plus
Change management skills and experience leading process improvements with CORE, Six Sigma, etc
Familiar with factory labor and material reporting, including support labor pools and indirect costs
Raytheon Program Finance Lead/Manager experience, or prior experience in Engineering Finance or FP&A
Tech-Stack (Snowflake, Matillion, Alteryx, Immuta, Github/Bitbucket, Jira/Dev_Ops, Azure/AWS, C+).

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidates work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
