    • Operational analytics and performance dashboards
  • Build integrated data and reporting environments (e.g., Power BI, system APIs, data cubes) that enhance transparency, accuracy, and timeliness across the organization.
  • Develop and implement scalable forecasting, budgeting, and KPI frameworks aligned to strategic goals.
  • Identify and close data and reporting gaps; design processes that ensure accurate and consistent data capture across systems.
  • Translate complex financial and operational data into clear insights, narratives, and recommendations for executive teams and investors.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to integrate finance data with operations, sales, and technology to improve end-to-end visibility.
  • Manage client relationships, project economics, and resource planning.
  • Support business development efforts, including proposal creation, thought leadership, and market presence.
  • Ensure deliverables meet firm quality standards and are completed on time.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in public accounting, consulting, FP&A, operational finance, analytics, or M&A; experience with PE-backed or high-growth companies preferred.
