Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis
  • Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and other relevant factors to identify patterns and insights.
  • Assess market dynamics, including competitor activity, economic indicators, and customer behavior.
  • Track KPIs across site cohorts to confirm new sites are ramping as planned and cohorts are trending as expected.
  • Identify sites with performance or trend issues and help develop and monitor mitigation actions; identify sites with exceptional performance and help surface the insights and learnings behind them.
  • Contribute to and own business reporting that gives stakeholders relevant, actionable insight.

Investments, Greenfield & M&A
  • Build and maintain greenfield and M&A pro forma models to the Company pro forma standard.
  • Support site underwriting, including rent and occupancy-cost assumptions sourced from Real Estate Administration.
  • Prepare capital allocation analysis and Investment Committee materials.
  • Run comparable screening and sensitivity analysis on prospective sites and acquisitions.

Budget, Forecasting & Close
  • Assist with the annual budgeting process, leveraging the business insight gained from monitoring the business.
  • Assist with financial statement review during the month-end close process.
  • Provide financial analysis for special projects, strategic initiatives, and business opportunities.

Cross-Functional & AI-Assisted Analysis
  • Establish strong connections and relationships with key stakeholders to develop better insight into the drivers of the business and the needs of those stakeholders.
  • Review, correct, and approve work drafted by AI agents - pro forma population, comp screening, sensitivity runs, variance commentary, and dashboard refreshes - retaining human ownership of assumptions, judgment, and any output that reaches the general ledger or external reporting.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Multi-site company experience.
  • Exposure to greenfield development, M&A diligence, or capital allocation analysis.
  • Experience operating in a dynamic and growing company environment.
  • Comfort working with AI-drafted analysis - able to validate inputs, challenge outputs, and own the final product.
  • Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake, ServiceNow, Sisense, and Sage, or comparable systems.
